Greta Carter, High Road Consulting
Greta Carter is a pioneer in the legal cannabis industry and an expert in cannabis production, benefits, education and regulation. She has appeared in national media including Newsweek, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, The History Channel and others.
Greta began her traditional business career in banking, eventually resigning as a Vice President of Citibank after 18+ years with the company to build her own multi-million-dollar real-estate-based business in Jacksonville, FL. From there, Greta was drawn to the activism of the cannabis industry and moved to Washington in the mid 2000s, where she helped draft Seattle’s medical cannabis ordinance and the state’s outdoor cultivation regulations. She founded a chain of medical clinics and one of Washington’s most successful recreational cannabis cultivation facilities.

Chansce Pittard, The Leaf, El Paseo
Chansce Pittard is the store manager at The Leaf on El Paseo in Palm Desert, CA. Originally from New Mexico, Chansce graduated with a degree in Engineering Management but after realizing his passion lies elsewhere he turned to a field that he’s always loved – Cannabis. Over the years Chansce has accelerated his passion, continuing to learn and educate others about this amazing plant and its tremendously beneficial qualities. Chansce is proud to assist people in taking the reins on their own quality of life and happiness.
